Hot on the tails of my Autumn Bucket List, I also thought I'd share the one I've created for Christmas. I adore Christmas and with Joshua being so much more aware this year it meant we could add even more to our list including visiting Father Christmas.
I like to keep my bucket lists filled with things that are easily accomplished be it big or small. They also give me the push to do a little more when all I want to do is hide from the cold with a blanket.
So here are a list of things I'm hoping to do with family and friends this Christmas, I'd love to know what you have planned too.
- Drink hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows
- Bake Christmas treats like cookies, mince pies or a Christmas cake
- Write a letter to Father Christmas with Joshua
- Read Christmas stories
- Buy Christmas candles
- Go ice skating or to an Alpine bar
- Wear Christmas pyjamas
- Make a gingerbread house
- Create a Christmas playlist
- Watch as many Christmas films as possible
- Decorate the house
- Visit Father Christmas
- Go to see Christmas lights
- Go to a Christmas market
- Wear a Santa hat
- Make hand print ornaments with Joshua
- Spend the afternoon doing Christmas crafts
- Make Christmas cards
- Go to the pantomime
- Have a family games night with Christmas Monopoly
- Spend the evening writing cards and wrapping presents
- Go for a crisp winter walk
- Go to a Christmas fayre
- Buy our 2019 Christmas ornament
- Leave mince pies and milk out for Father Christmas

I'm definitely pinching your idea and making a Winter bucket list soon, as you say it's a great way to push you to get out even when it's cold! It must be so much fun having a child at Christmas time, being able to start new traditions with him and seeing him start to understand everything sounds so adorable! I'll definitely be doing lots of winter baking and maybe some crafting. I'm not very good at either but they get me into the spirit of things!
