Why Your Posts Aren't Being Re-Tweeted

Having a Twitter account that re-tweets bloggers work was something that I fell in to. It was never the original intention but as community is at the forefront of what the account does, sharing blog posts soon became natural and it's something we LOVE. We've been doing this for over two years now and being a blogger myself definitely makes me look at things differently when it comes to re-tweeting posts so I thought I'd share some reasons as to why your posts aren't being re-tweeted after speaking to a few others that also re-tweet posts and more.

Get Summer Ready with Ciaté

I don't know about you, but I've felt like I've been sat on the sun for the last week but that does mean summer is fast approaching and I can whack out my favourite tools to turn my skin into a golden, glowing canvas! Ciaté dropped some new products into my paws at the beginning of the month and I've been lapping up them up. If bronze and glow is your thing, you're going to want to read on...

Yoga in the Park with Parklives

*Sponsored post*

Yoga is something I've wanted to try for the longest time, especially since I fell pregnant because I'm going to need all the inner strength to get this melon shaped human out. International Yoga Day seemed as good a day as any to start so Emily and I headed down to Mayflower Park for a sunlit session of yoga and relaxation with Parklives Southampton.

10 Things to Feel Good About

After a particularly crap week, a few tears and some pissed off outbursts I sat back and re-accessed a lot of things. Most of what was making me unhappy was completely irrelevant and to be honest, a waste of my time so I took a look at the good things happening to give me a shiny, new outlook so here are ten good things that I need to remember when I need a smile put back on my face.

Brush Beauties from Blank Canvas Cosmetics

If there is one thing you can never have too many of, it's makeup brushes. I hate when cleaning day rolls around again and openly admit I leave my brushes much longer between washes than I should. I have different sets I switch between so I always have some faves on the go while waiting for the others to dry and I have fallen head over heels for Blank Canvas Cosmetics recently.

My Latest Reading List

I've always been a reader and although I bought a Kindle last year there is still nothing better than holding a book in my opinion. I always have a quick look in Waterstones when I'm near but on this occasion, I desperately needed to pee then walked out with all of this. I had a £10 off card in my bag too so that softened the blow a little...

Vita Liberata Trystal Pressed Tan

With the recent weather we've been having you may not even need fake tan but I can't help but talk about my latest discovery from Vita Liberata. I've personally been hiding away because pregnancy and heat do not mix but I still want to inject a little bronze into my life because who doesn't want a glowing, bronzed tan?

New Product Round Up

I've had some really cool new releases fall through my letterbox this month which I'll be sharing the next coming weeks but I thought I'd pick out some pieces in a round up post. I really love watching unboxings on Snapchat and Youtube so seeing as I don't have a channel, I'm giving you a blog post instead. This isn't me showing off, I want this to be more of a quick nosy post so please do let me know your thoughts in the comments. I like to pick out what I think you might like to see so I hope you enjoy...

The Cabana Night Out Southampton

Southampton has fast become the go to destination for shopping, brunching with friends and so much more. We're also lucky here to have the perfect night out, right on our doorstep. West Quay South opened towards the end of 2016 welcoming a host of restaurants, bars, a bowling alley and a luxurious cinema making dinner and a little something more easier than ever before. Arran and I did just that last week and had such an enjoyable evening.

NEW IN Pixi Peel & Polish

Pixi are banging out new release after new release at the moment and I can barely keep up. I shared my thoughts on the famed Glow Tonic range last month and now I have the new Peel & Polish in my hands. Pixi Peel & Polish is a radiance revealing enzyme peel which helps resurface skin to reveal smoother, softer and healthier looking skin with an added glow. Another product to add to the ever growing glow range.

Strawberry Picking at Pickwell Farm

We went strawberry picking! Last weekend, I headed to Pickwell Farm in Hampshire with my two besties to pick strawberries, get those all-important Instagram snaps and then fall into a strawberry-fuelled coma. You may remember I went here last year for Pumpkin Picking so as soon as the red berry season was upon us, we put a date in the diary. The sun was shining so we made the most of the afternoon, filled up lots of punnets and then sat and ate them with fresh cream! Take a look at the photos...

My Second Trimester

As I sit and write this, I am now 22 weeks pregnant which is around five and a half months. I honestly do not know where the time has gone and in all honesty, I kinda want it to slow down just a little. We're so excited for our little boy to arrive but the second trimester has been a bit rough. I wish more people told you how rubbish pregnancy can be.

Lush Cosmetics Haul

I haven't had a little spend up in Lush in forever! I was a bit disappointed after last year's Halloween Collection and when they launched Christmas I was peeved about the price increases and didn't buy a single thing! Shocked? Yea I was too. After falling in love with the much raved about Silky Underwear Dusting Powder recently, I went to pick up another bottle and then slipped and fell a little further and bam, walked out with a bag of products.

The £300 Hairdryer You Totally Need

Being a beauty blogger, there are a lot of products that come on to my radar, a lot of which seem like hyped up gimmicks just for a money spinner. That is exactly how I felt about the Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer. The price made me wince and I just couldn't understand why anyone would spend that much on a hairdryer let alone one by a company famed for hoovers. Oh how I'm eating my words now.
