Homesense Preview Night

*Sponsored post*

On the 22nd October, Hedge End in Southampton welcomed the TK Maxx and Homesense megastore much to the delight of homeware and bargain lovers everywhere. I posted just before the opening of TK Maxx & Homesense, Southampton with all the details in time for the big day and myself and some lovely bloggers from the Sotonbloggers network attended a special preview night on the 21st October.

They welcomed us with prosecco and canapes plus a giftcard to be able to pick up some bargains for ourselves on the night. Shopping with a group of bloggers in a closed store made for a fun filled night, especially when we found the beauty section full of Stila, Too Faced, Clinique and even Marc Jacobs make up.

The Autumn and Christmas homeware section was incredible and colour coded which I loved. There was so much on offer from baubles to stand alone decorations, I could of spent a small fortune on the Christmas decorations alone. After getting a little overwhelmed with what was on offer I retreated back to the refreshments to have a chat with the lovely Fran and Aaron before taking in section by section again.

I was drawn in by the copper homeware pieces and bought two lanterns and a copper plate. I picked the turquoise lantern up so many times and kept putting it back that right at the last minute I rushed back to buy it because I would've regretted it otherwise. Plus in places like this you need to buy it when you see it as you may never see it again! With the majority of stock being 60% off or less it's definitely worth a trip to your nearest Homesense

I'm going to be dragging my mother and sister soon but I think we'll need a whole afternoon in there to have a good look at everything. Advertised as a megastore, they are definitely not lying. It is huge and I can't wait to go back and shop up a storm, there is every chance I'll be living off of soup the whole of November. Expect a haul post very soon.

If you're near Hedge End make sure you drop by soon especially to take full advantage of their Christmas stock and if you do, lemme know what bargains you picked up for yourself.
