Although I usually blog about make up and beauty products, just like anyone else I do love a good clothing haul and July for me seemed to be the month of hauls. Today I have for you some bits I picked up towards the end of the month in River Island and Topshop. I'm a toppers girl through and through, and have been for many years, plus River Island had a sale on so it all went downhill from there.
In River Island, I went print mad! The first piece is a long, medi sleeve kimono with a striking geometric and floral print. It has yellow beading all along the sleeves and along the front. There's a lining inside too which makes this perfect for those Summer nights with a slight chill.
My sister came across this beautiful maxi dress, declaring it was really me and I had to get it. It comes in an Aztec style print with splits up the leg. It's really light weight and perfect for Summer although I am going to find a way to wear this through Autumn. Lastly from RI is another kimono. This blue, boho-inspired print kimono isn't what I would usually go for but I put it on and fell in love with it. It's long sleeved so works as a fab cover up for the evening and I have been wearing this non stop recently.
Now for Topshop, where I just bought Tops. I am obsessed with their basic camis! They're light weight, easy to wear and come in so many colours which is also why I have more or less the same top in the photos. I always buy these in a size up too as I just find that they fall better. I'm trying to inject some more colour in my wardrobe so I bought it in Lilac and Grey. Black Camis are so handy to have to just throw on and I also wear them for work so I've doubled up on them. I also picked up a slouchy black top just to wear with jeans if I fancy a casual day.
Have you been clothes hauling recently? Leave your links in the comments below as I would love to have a look.
I agree with you on the basic camis at Topshop... Which reminds me I need to go and stock up too! Lovely post.
