My First Look Fantastic Beauty Box

And so the adventure begins... This months tagline from the Look Fantastic Beauty Box couldn't be more apt for me as this is my very first box. I've admired the boxes from afar for sometime but as I have a couple of subscriptions already and my beauty collection is bursting I thought I'd be sensible and not add another to my direct debit. Turns out it's pretty fab and I shouldn't of held off for so long.

The Look Fantastic Beauty Box can be subscriptions of three, six or twelve monthly all with free delivery. This January is as good a time as any to sign up because they're celebrating 2017 by encouraging you to refresh your skincare routine. New year, new me seems to be the common phrase so why not translate that to your skincare too?

January's Beauty Revolutions box comes with four full size products to try from a host of popular and well loved brands as well as some samples. The box also includes a mini magazine which tells you more about the products featured, skincare tips, a healthy breakfast idea and an interview with Hira talking health and exercise. I'm so impressed with the overall quality of the box and its contents. Looks like this is going to have to be a subscription that continues.

Trifle Cosmetics Liquid Glow £15.95
The rosy highlighter gives a beautiful glow to skin, deep pink on application, it blends to a soft finish leaving the skin illuminated. It's also hypoallergenic and free from parabens.

Jelly Pong Pong £17.95
I'm a real fan of Jelly Pong Pong products so loved that I had something I hadn't yet tried in my box. The curling mascara adds length and volume to lashes giving a long lasting finish. When applied, it glides through my lashes leaving luscious lashes. This is also hypoallergenic.

The Vintage Cosmetic Company Rose Gold Tweezers £8.00
Release something in Rose Gold and my ears prick up, these are a gorge pair of slanted tweezers that manage to pluck even the most difficult hairs.

Nuxe Lotion Tonique Douche £14.00
I'm not a big toner fan but I do love Nuxe so the Tonique Douche has found its way into my bathroom. The toner is infused with rose petals and coconut to help nourish skin and reduced pores without irritation. I've used it a few times now and I love how it leaves my skin smooth and glowy.

Pixi Brow Tamer £12.00
I haven't used a brow gel likes this since my teens and even then I used clear mascara. The Pixi Brow Tamer contains a blend of aloe vera and panthenol which keeps brows moisturised and smooth for all day wear.

Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair Deep Conditioning Mask £30.00
It wouldn't be a beauty subscription box without some kind of hair mask and for once I could actually do with one as my hair is hating the cold weather. This one adds radiance and vitality thanks to the nourishing ingredients of Avocado oil and b vitamin complex.

For the first time in I don't know how long, I have actually used everything from a subscription box, even the enclosed mini mag is bursting full of information. First impressions on the box are very, very good and it's one I don't want to see disappear from my mailbox any time soon.
