Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks

Kat Von D... This has been a long time coming and with the launch of the famed beauty range launching on our side of the Atlantic last month, it was only right I bought something to try when I was in London recently. Shopping with bloggers can always be a little spendy but I feel I was very well behaved on my latest excursion to Debenhams Oxford Street with Megan & Laura. Read on to find out what shades I bought...

I have read so many fab reviews on the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks and having received a mini sample in a subscription box recently, the full size tube was firmly on my radar. We hit the Debenhams beauty hall in the early evening so the Kat Von D stand was thankfully quiet meaning I could swatch to my hearts content.

The Everlasting Liquid Lipstick range consists of 28 shades in a creamy formula which is so easy to apply. When I first pulled the wand from the tube I did wonder how something so creamy could set to a matte finish but I needn't of worried. The life-proof lipstick does not budge for love nor money. I've tested this with hot chocolate, coffee, food and of course cake and my pout was still left intact. The pigmentation is incredible after just one slick and the formula is packed with natural moisturisers so your lips feel super comfortable while wearing this unlike some matte lipsticks I've used in the past. At times I forgot I even had anything on my lips.

I chose two shades from the Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks range, Bow n Arrow, a fawn nude and Exorcism, a deep blackberry. Two shades perfect for this time of year. I thought it made more sense to buy two shades I'll wear non stop for the next few months so I can decide what shades I'll need for next Spring because a girl needs to have options.

Not a lot else has graced my lips the last couple of weeks other than some Carmex thanks to the minus temperatures and I can't see that changing. Bow n Arrow has been my go to lip colour since it went into my shopping bag and Exorcism is perfect for some added night time glam.

Now what shades do I buy next?
