Jurlique Baby Skincare

Deciding on what to use on Joshua's skin was something I didn't expect to be so difficult. Baby skincare is a minefield and one thing I kept worrying about was if he had a reaction so I really paid attention to what was in the products before using them on his delicate baby skin. Jurlique is a brand I've used myself for years and they very kindly sent us a baby bundle full of their baby products when Joshua was born.

For Joshua's everyday skincare, we use a mix of Sebamed and Mustela as well as three products from Jurlique. The brand was created by husband and wife, Dr Jürgen Klein, a biochemist, and his wife Ulrike, a botanist, they had always been passionate believers in the healing power of nature. Their vision was to create a pure and natural skin care range combining the ancient arts of alchemy, herbal medicine and homoeopathy to reconnect people to nature.

They began their search for the purest place on earth and after searching the world, they discovered the unspoiled Adelaide Hills in South Australia. Today, Jurlique products are sold in more than 19 countries around the world. And their most iconic natural ingredients are still grown in the Adelaide Hills where Jurlique first began.

Baby's Soothing Moisturising Cream £22.00
I use the Rose Moisturiser for my own skin so I was quite open to using the baby version on Joshua. He can get quite dry cheeks from dribbling so the gentle moisturiser is great to keep his baby cheeks soft and subtle. It's non-greasy and the plant-based formula is great on his delicate skin. It has a beautiful botanical scent that makes me want to squish and sniff him all the time.

Baby's Calming Massage Oil £20.00
This is my favourite product of the three, I take Joshua to baby massage classes so I use this all the time on him. The oil is Paediatrician & Dermatologist tested so it's fab for his skin. The light weight oil has a lovely, calming scent and the pump action bottle means there are no spills, it's just a great all-round massage oil and the soothing scent means he always drops off not long after use.

Baby's Soothing Bubble Bath £12.00
Bath time is one of our favourite times of the day and we always use a calming baby bath to get Joshua chilled and ready for bedtime. The soothing bubble bath contains a subtle lavender scent and when I've really needed to switch off, I've used this too. It creates lots of bubbles and leaves his skin silky smooth.

So there you have it, three great products by a really great brand. I'm so glad I discovered their skincare for Joshua. Have you discovered Jurlique Skincare yet?
