Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish

Liz Earle's Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser has got a bit of a name for itself and it totally deserves its many, many awards. Read any review of this cleanser and it will be singing it's praises. I have been using this for a little over a month now and have been truly impressed. I don't get that wowed over skincare. As long as it keeps my face soft and moisturised I'm happy. So after reading quite a bit about this one I couldn't wait to try it.

Cleanse & Polish contains lots of lovely, skin nourishing ingredients such as Rosemary, Chamomile, Cocoa Butter and Eucalyptus. The Cleanser is a thick, white cream that smells gorgeous, the Rosemary and Eucalyptus really stick out for me and you just press down the pump at the top to release a generous amount of cleanser. If you pick up the starter kit in any size you will also get your hands on the muslin cloth to complete your hot cloth cleanser journey. You even get a mini cloth with each sample size.

All you do is massage the cream over your skin, paying close attention to your eyes if wearing mascara or heavy eye make up, making sure you keep your eyes shut. Then soak the muslin cloth in warm water and starting 'polishing' the cleanser off in circular motions. I have really been enjoying using this but I find it a little too much around my eye area so I don't tend to rub away too much. My face feels really fresh after each use and I quite like seeing the cloth get cleaner as I rinse it out.

My only problem with Cleanse & Polish is the pump bottle. I like to see how much product I have left. The lady on the counter did explain how there was a suction bag inside to make sure you get every last bit but it feel so light anyway I'd rather be able to see what I've used. Silly little gripe, but by no means does that take away how fab this cleanser is. If you haven't already tried it, get yourself along to a counter for a sample or check out what they're selling on QVC.
