5 Products you need to try from Temple Spa

(Features press samples - see disclaimer)

Temple Spa is a brand that has been on my radar for years and I've tried a number of their products over that time. When it comes to skincare, I like it to be able to make my skin look its best and give the TLC it deserves, thankfully Temple Spa ticks all of those boxes for me.

Earlier on in the year, before the world was plunged into as we know it now, I had the pleasure of attending an event with Temple Spa at Southampton Harbour Hotel where we were shown more of their products and how to give ourselves a facial at home using them. I also visited the spa a few weeks following to experience the My Kinda Skin Facial which you can read about in Experience Temple Spa at Southampton Harbour Hotel

Since then I've switched a few of their products into my skincare routine and now I'm gonna tell you a little more about them including their brand new toner that leaves my skin glowing!

We'll start with the new way to make your skin glow - the Glowcolic Resurfacing Glycolic Acid Toner (£20.00)! I've been a long term lover of glycolic acid and have always used two particular products so I was intrigued to see how this one faired against them.

The exfoliating toner contains natural glycolic acid that smooths, nourishes and balances the skin's complexion - helping to refresh dull and lacklustre skin revealing a brighter, more radiant finish. The blend of Mediterranean extracts, glycolic, mandelic and lactic acids help create a refreshing formula that buffs away dead skin cells meaning you get smoother, healthy-looking skin every time.

The new sustainable packaging comes as a pump-action bottle meaning application is even cleaner, just pump the product onto a reusable cotton pad and wipe across the face. It doesn't feel harsh on the skin like some can and there's not an uncomfortable tightness either.

It's just a really great, resurfacing toner with a great price point to match.

Cleansing is something I've really started to enjoy and invest more in over the last few years, I like to use a variety of formulas as sometimes my skin works better with oil as opposed to a cream and vice versa so I have a bursting collection to keep my skin squeaky clean and happy.

When it comes to cream cleansers, Dual Act Wet & Dry Cleansing Lotion (£21.00) is my go to and one I've used a number of times over the years. The multi-tasking cleanser for combination skin uses a highly intelligent formula that works as two cleaners by treating multiple skin types at the same time. The gel-lotion texture is a dream to use and almost sponge like in texture - containing CombidermTM Complex as well as Mediterranean extracts of tomato, marjoram, olive, apricot, grapefruit and wild yam, plus skin boosters and vitamins.

It helps to deal with an oily T-Zone whilst also gently cleansing drier areas of the face revealing cleaner and smoother looking skin plus it smells divine - just like a spa.

I use the Clean Up Your Act Cleansing Brush (£50.00) alongside Dual Act - the cleansing brush works by deeply cleansing the skin to help keep it firm and supple. The double sided brush uses 8000 sonic pulsations per minute to take your cleansing experience to the next level. It's dual sided with the cleansing function removing 99.5% of dirt, makeup, impurities and excess oil while the rejuvenation function sends low frequency sonic waves deep into your skin to encourage cell regeneration and diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles for firmer looking skin.

It's a fab little tool and with a wireless charging pebble, you'll never be without it!

The Repose Relaxing Night Cream (£40.00) is one of my favourite night creams to use - it's cashmere soft and feels so luxurious on the skin. The Vitamin rich, anti-ageing moisturiser helps to calm, soothe and settle the skin while you sleep.

Rich in natural plant extracts, anti-oxidants and a fusion of relaxing essential oils, it will leave your complexion ultra-smooth, moisturised and settled, whilst working to calm and aid relaxation. It's infused with hops to encourage a restful slumber and help prevent premature ageing by promoting firmer skin plus the subtle fragrant blend of hops valerian, chamomile, frankincense, lavender, patchouli, geranium, bitter orange and clary essential oils are all known to aid deep relaxation and bring a sense of calm.

At the blogger event I attended in January, this is the product a number of us haven't stopped talking about since - it really is as good as the reviews say.

The final product is from the multi-award-winning Truffle collection and a product I have used for years - Trufflesque Hydrating Radiance Mask (£55.00). The luxury anti-ageing radiance mask is clinically proven to boost hydration and improve skin after just one application, it's one of the first products I ever used by Temple Spa almost five years ago and one I wouldn't be without now.

Trufflesque is a power-packed luxury face mask with unbelievable transforming results. The unique skin-boosting Hydra-Plump complex™ helps to create an appearance of instant youthfulness in the skin while the black summer truffles, gold and silk peptides, fruit extracts and amino acid work their magic to leave skin plumper, more lifted, super hydrated and silky smooth.

It's pretty special and if I ever need a luminosity injection, this is what I turn to. Those 5am mornings catch up on me but at least with this I know I can look more alive than I feel.

If you're looking to change your skincare, especially now it's winter - Temple Spa is a great place to start thanks to the skincare help available via the website and the range of products available. I can't wait to hear what you think when you try the products for yourself.
