Real Techniques Brush Haul

With Boots latest 3 for 2 offer, which I think everyone has taken full advantage of, I picked up some more Real Techniques brushes. Now, I'm a sucker for a Real Techniques brush and I'm building quite the collection! I even have some doubles to use for various things. So I couldn't resist getting more.. naturally. I picked up the Blush Brush, Expert Face Brush and the Setting Brush. All of which were new additions to the collection.

All of the brushes are colour coded to determine which range they come from, are lightweight and have a flat base so you can stand them up if you want to. The bristles are also synthetic and 100% cruelty free. As I said in my review of the Real Techniques Powder Brush these brushes wash really well and dry perfectly into shape and boy, are they soft!

I am really enjoying using the Expert Face Brush as I tend to use liquid foundation and that is what it's best suited for, this blends my foundation effortlessly and makes it look pretty good, if I do say so myself. The Blush Brush is so, so soft. You just have to get it for that reason alone. The day I got it, I kept saying to my boyfriend "Just feel it". You can imagine the look I got. They just don't understand do they?

Anyway.. this brush picks up the perfect amount of product and I'm quite heavy handed so thankfully my blushed cheeks look just that, blushed. Lastly was the Setting Brush, I chose this one as my 'freebie' because I sometimes go a bit OTT with the powder and thought this would be much easier to use around my nose and eye area instead of my lovely big Powder Brush. This fits into my little nooks perfectly and it's a really good size for the job intended.

Next on my list is the Stippling Brush and a few more eye brushes.. 3 for 2 is still on so that could always happen sooner rather than later. What are your favourite brushes? Are you a Real Techniques fan too?
